75 years aged lady, owner of 1 ground plot in coimbatore Tamilnadu State (Unmarried) died intestate
1) No First Class legal heirs.(Revenue authorities refused to issue heirship certificate)
2) 2nd class legal heirs 2 sisters alive.
3) How to sell the land.-with out legal certificate
4) what are the procedures to be followed by proposed buyer.
