Hi,
Please advice me with below issues...I lost my property documents however i dont recall the document number also...
how i would know that this property is registered(this property is transfered property)? i have had notary on those documents.
Please help me to know how i can proceed to registered office?
Do i need to raise a compalint in police station first??
Pls help me urgently..i ll e very thankful to you..

1. fiest lodge 155 crpc FIR to concerned jurisdiction.
2. Publish notice in newspaper about docs..thru advocate.
3. apply to local area office property..or conatct thru advocate who will give better advise..

YOU GIVE A PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THAT AND U SEARCH RECORDS OF SUB-REGISTRAR OFFICE AND FIND THIS AND IF U FIND THEN U TAKE A CERTIFIDE COPY OF DOCUMENT FROM SUB-REGISTRAR OFFICE.
