I am new in any type of investment. I am thinking of buying N.A. plot from developers in Shahapur Taluka, Thane District of State Maharashtra. How can we know the plot we are going to buy is not already sold to anybody?

get Encumberance certificate and advocate opinion on the plot. thats enough.
