If Husband working in a private limited company has a residential property financed by a bank (housing loan) can it be transferred by way of gift to wife? Can the finance with the bank continue with payment of EMI from wife account. Please advise.

it will depend upon the rules and regulations of the Bank issueing the loan provided your wife fulfill the criteria of a loanee under the scheme.

U can not transfer propety without NOC of Bank.
