ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF PROPERTY

My client has bought a plot of land in 2004 measuring around 2 kathas. The land is duly transferred in his name and since 2004 he is paying land revenue on the said plot. However, there are 2-3 illegal shops constructed on the said plot who are neither entering into any rent agreement with my client nor are they entering into any agreement with him. What is the way out?

Sir, let your client give them a notice for eviction and then, in case they wont act, file a suit for eviction.

File a criminal complaint with police for land grabbing. Make a complaint with local municipal authority & the District Collector. Remove all constructed structures without any notice.

Suchitra ji, his client didn't construct the shops and how can he file a eviction suit? It is a illegal possession of the property case.
