Inam agricultural land in guntur, andhrapradesh

I have purchased 5 acre agricultural land in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh and it has been registered under my name.

We came to know that this land is belongs “inam” category and the MRO not issuing pattadar passbook& title deed on my name even though the previous owner having passbooks & title deed for same land.

I would like to know the below things:

1)is there any way to get passbooks& title deed

2)the process for selling land with out pass books& title deed

3) what is the pros and cons if i keep the land
