Respected Advocates, I did second marriage in august 2019 and second wife cheating with me she got divorce form her husband in January 2020. She suit filed under dv 12,18,19,20,22. Court rejected her interim because of court said there first proof marriage is valid. Also i filed suit Section under 11 HMA in august 2020. we did no live together toady. My son with me. I did gift deed in favor of my son who born from first wife he is 17 years old. My first wife dead . Now flat title is today on son name. My Question is how i got remove her from flat suggest me please. This is my request to All Respected Advocates.
