Joint Property: Self and Sister-In-Law

If there a joint property between a person and his Sis-In-Law (brothers wife) and I paid 70% of the money is paid the the person and rest is paid by person's brother  and no where in deed paper percentage of ownership is listed. Person has all the required paperwork to show he contributed 70%.

 Question is

Can sis-In-law claim 50% of the stake  just because she is listed as joint owner.

Also, what if one of the joint owner refuses to sell (partioned) the land, what option does other owner have?
