Kul kayda and farmers status

Dear experts,

I have the 7/12 extract stating my grandfathers name  for the land that we lost in kul kayda in Thane, Maharashtra around 1960.

I will like to know using this can i get farmers status (shetkari dakhala) so that i can buyt agri land elsewhere  in the State of Maharashtra.

Regards

Vinod

If your grandfather is alive and litigation is on under BTAL act he still posesses the agricultural status.if 32g is not completed by tenant he is a former your father and you can take advantage of situation, for buying agri. Land in Maharastra

Dear Bhagvat  Sir,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Unfortunately my grandfather and my father both have expired. and the tenant has purchased our land from agriculture land tribunal and additional mamledar  office in 1964. Does this mean that 32g is completed by him?

What could be done next, my only concern is acquiring farmers status so that i can buy agri land in Mah?

I don't think this land can serve your purpose.
