There are a lot of companies offereing agricultural land as an investment in Maharashtra. Can this land be sold to non agrculturists? What will be my legal staus if I buy this land being a Non farmer. Kindly Advice

dear querist,
i think you have not read the policy an terms and conditions of those company carefully, investment via agricultural land doesnt mean they are selling the said land to you if you are obtaining the said policy of that company .there is no such law implemented in state maharashtra to purchase a land by non agriculturist .so be carefull and if any company is offering such offer then immidiate send information regarding this to your police.
