My father died (in 1994) at the age at i was 3 years old and my brother was 5 . We have acestral property with moderate profit . my elder uncle and my father was loking the said land before my father expired. After that my uncle looked after that and took benefit from that land and purchased new four lands each about 5000 mts on only his name . now he wants to sell them for his benifit .
do we have the right to object it or take the land from him ?
