Hi would like to know the following:-

Are Licensees protected under the Gujrat rent control acts. Are they liable to vcate the premises when the license has expired or revoked.
- As the property to be licence in Gujarat what Act should be mention in contract ,Gujarat Rent Control Act or Easement Act.
