Please help me in the following questions:
1. Whether a leave and license agreement under section 52 of the indian easement act could be made for a private waqf property.
2. Whether such agreement could face any obstacles in its registration as the property is a private waqf.
3. Whether the certified copy of the judgement of the supreme court as title of the landlord over the private waqf property would suffice in the registration of the leave and license agreement as if the P R card proceedings are pending.
4. Whether leave and license agreement is not applicable on rajasthan waqf properties.
