legal provisions for filing appeal under section 141 and review against dismissal of slp under section 136.
my query is the slp is dismissed without assigning any reason.the slp filed under sect.136involves question of laws and on facts and patent errors on face of record. what is the way to bring all the facts by filing appeal under sect.141in supreme court.
please provide necessary cases briefing the procedure will be most welcomed.
