Minor's ancestral property

Dear Lawers Plz reply my question early,

I want to buy ancestral propoery from Mr."A" which was already registered in the name of "A" by his father as a family settlement in the year 2015, Mr. "A" has a two minor childrens.

In view of above please tell me can I buy that property from Mr.'A' if yes what care should be taken.
