Hi.
An investor (INV) bought 4 flats (FLT1, FLT2, FLT3, FLT4) from a builder (BD).
I (BUYER) am buying a flat (FLT1) from INV.
INV got a single document (BD_INV_SINGLE_DOC) registered for all the four flats.
INV did an agreement of assignment (AoA_INV_BUYER_FLT1) to sell FLT1 to BUYER.
INV has also done a deed of transfer of rights (DOTOR_INV_BUYER_FLT1) for FLT1.
Against the transaction of selling FLT1 by INV to BUYER, INV is handing BUYER the following documents:
1) Certified copy of BD_INV_SINGLE_DOC
2) original of AoA_INV_BUYER_FLT1
3) registered DOTOR_INV_BUYER_FLT1
Do you think the above list of documents is legally enoough,
1) to claim full rights to the property,
2) to have a smooth transaction process when BUYER wishes to sell FLT1
3) get home loan from a nationalised bank after proper and complete paper-work?
Regards,
Abhishek
