I am one of the victim, who losed Rs. 2,90,000/- by paying to SuvarnaBhoomi Developers Hyderabad in phanse 4.
Marketing people told that all plots of SuvarnaBhoomi will come under HMDA (GHMC). So i thought of taking a plot in Phase 4 and paid Rs. 2,90,000/- to them.
But later i came to know that those statements are false. I checked about villages where SuvarnaBhoomi is available in HMDA List.
Wondering even one village is not coming under HMDA, but they told confidently that villages are under HMDA.
My recepit number through which made a payment
a:-Recipt number 11388 amount 85000/- through CC
b:-Recipt number 10986 amount 2,00,000/- through Cheque NO 020963
c:-Recipt number 11182 amount 5000/- through cash
I tried to contact them but they say forget your money.

I want to know how I can file a cheating case against them and how to file a consumer court case to get the quicker result.
