Need help to send a notice to builder

Hi All, I am new to this forum, I need someone help/guidence to proceed , I bought a flat 1 year back In Chennai, here we have total 62 flats are there.Builder not completed the some common basic requirements,

We went to builder office and approached builder to complete our common issues but they are not doing it , I want to send a notice to builder about this , can someone please give me the format 

These are all the point to be there in the notice

 

1) Rain water harvesting not done for all the blocks.

2) Car  parking not yet allocated & marked for all 62 flats, All 13 blocks A – M

3) Huge cracks on Terrace floor. Not yet addressed for a year.

4) Huge cracks on Terrace wall. Sample: F Block where the wall itself will fall in the next rain.

5) Heighten level of A, B, C Parking & Base area.

6) Have not seen any progress in the road and Drianage Pipe line for Kitcken waste water, as of now all the water going to the  septic tank, Need a quicker resolution.

7) Compound wall not yet constructed with Gates.

Please give your inputs

best thing you engage a lawyer, or you can directly make complaint and file consumer case against builder, for deficiancy serivce.

Please approcah any lawyer for the notice drafting and better go to CCI as well.
