I am tenant of Pagdi system in Mumbai Suburb. We have a pagdi room which is on the name of our relative (No direct blood relation) which is understood mutually to be my Father's. Landlord also knows this point. Now there is re-development planned & below are clarifications i required. Please be kind to answer :
1. What is the procedure to get the room tranfer to my Father's name & what charges we should expect ?
2. Currently we have been offered with 200 Sq Ft. What is minimum of Carpet area we should demand ?
