I was subjected to a criminal case for borrorwing 2 lakhs from her and threatened her. Police has issue LOC against my passport. Charge sheet was filed and it was pending before court for more than 6 months.
Meanwhile, due to work I was in need to travel abroad for a short term. Court permited me to travel and insist me to return my passport upon my arrival. I travelled and now I m staying in abroad as per court order. My court aloowed duration is about to expire. Also my passport was also about expire and I want to renew it in abroad itself.
Will it be a problem to apply for extension here? Does LOC in immigration is visible to abroad passport office?
