dear elite members..
i had booked up a falt in 'BHADURGARH(NCR),HARYANA, from a pvt builder. in year 2008. with possesion date in year 2011.
At the time of booking the builder had two schemes
1) construction linked paln
2) down payment plan( initally 25% of the cost od flat and bal 75% on the time of possesion).
it is in the year 2012 only the builder has started its construction,and in the last month the buider has intimated that
a) the downpayment plan no more applicable and hence the payment has to b made as per construction linked plan basis.
b) the cost per sq ft has been increased due to increase in material cost.( whereas at the time of booking it was mentioned in the agreement that cost escaltion will not be there.)
May i request you to please guide me how should i go about it.(after contacting builder ,he told that you can tak back your 25% booking amount with intrest of 4%)
please advice.
