Plaintiff or Defendant turned Major During Pendanc Of Suit

Dear Gurus,

When one of the plaintiffs or defendants turns Major what actions are required.

Previously parent of minors was acting as guardian in the suit.

If the plaintiff/defendant who turned major is discharged from the guardianship of his parent, does this mean we go back to pleadings stage again?

No. The suit shall continue from its present stage.
