Procedure to get certified copy of case record?

Would anybody tell how to get certified copy of a 10 years old probate case. I want to get the attached will. The case was in a District Judge's court in West Bengal and I dont know the disposal date of the case.

Plz anyone tell how to apply and what is the normal time to get the copy afetr applying.

sir so if we want the copy of any case law which whether it is a third party or the plantinff or defedant they have to file a affidavit in the court.

Thanks for reply. But would u plz tell in details what should be the affidavit about. Or is there any standard form available for that purpose.

Also, I'm a party in the abovementioned case.

these days you can get the case status via websites.

Calcutta high court website allows you to get case status by searching for name of party, case no, advocate etc. The site is here; https://calcuttahighcourt.nic.in/
