I had purchased a property in Bhayander for a builder 4 yrs back, I got the sale deed registered that time , Paid the stamp duty.
Afterwards I went to the Muncipal corp they denied to give the property tax Bill in my Name & it is still coming in the name of builder. They told me you have to get a Declaration for the said property ,
So for the Declaration I went to the Registrar . They told me to Get the seller & make a New Deed, & pay the Stamp Duty again . asper the requirements of a new GR issued on 27/12/2011 .
Can anybody guide me how to get the Declaration done as the Builder has expired.
