My grandfather had a daughter and a son. Due to some problems with the daughter, my grandfather created a will leaving his house(self acquired property.) to the son. Grandfather died in 2006. Subsequently the daughter on produced a forged will stating that 70% of the house is hers. A case was filed which was won bt the son. NOiw suddenly on the basis of the will the daughter has sold the property to a builder. The builder is now threatning the son and his family unless they leave the house and go. The daughter has also given a POA to the builder.
Pls advice as to what course of acxtion should be taken
