Huda has alloted the plot for making hospital or clinic in 1993 and cant be sold through registry.Huda has given us the plot for 3 lakh rs which was paid and later increased the amount to 12 lakh in 1993. Case was in high court. Later after 2 yrs it was decided by court to pay half the amount of increased money an can build the plot and complete decision will be taken later. This was not told to us by our layer for 7 yrs and we have not paid the amount though. Now we came to know and layer told us that huda can cancel the plot also as required money was not paid earlier. We have the allotment and possion letter with us provided by huda. Please advise what next steps to be taken . Let us know if plot can be cancelled by this and any way to get our plot clean out.
