Property conveyance

Hi ! I am Mr. Sanjay Paul Mendes residing at Kharodi Village, Marve Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400 095. India.

Our Ancestor's (My Grand Father & his Four Brother's) had lot's of property on thier name's. My Uncle's have sold all this properties by making a false will. Now for One property some person is offering us Conveyance.

Sir, as i am a lay person, please advice me. Since our family is been ignored.

U and other family members are know about false WILL why they all are not objection about sale these all properties? Now u know about false WILL then u file a suit for all properties for your part, and chalange a WILL in court. Check all revenue records and then file a suit against him.

i m secretary of chs at kandivli. one of society member  has given his flat to their relatives (nephews) for staying. can society charge non occupancy @10% from owner of member in monthly bill?

is nephews considered as family member of owner of flat?

your info inthis matter will b highly appreciated.

BUT AS PER YOUR BYE-LAWS, HOW U DEFINED FAMILY IS MORE IMPORTANT
