Dear Sir,
Myself Mallari Desai would like to know some of my queries. My grandfather was a Khatedar, he had lot of land which we dont know. He had a habit of drinking, at that time my father was very small and my grandmother expired. After my grandmothers death my gf left that property and took my father and went away other place. Actually our relatives were giving harrasment so they left that village. As we were the khatedar, village people searched us and called back to our village. but due to financial problem my father was not able to stay there and as none of our relatives were wishing to tell about our land property to us. So after retirement we came to village as we have one ancestor house. Village people say that some of our land has went near govt for airport and govt has paid that amount to our relatives. But our relatives are not ready to tell anything about property and money. They are using our land but we are not able to find out how much land property we have and we dont know any survey numbers also. If we are going to talati office they are also not giving any details to us as our relatives have threatened them.
Please advice how to find out our property and how to regain it.
