In 1960, my grand grand father was dead. He had property which was not maintained and under any of his grandsons. It’s under govt but still in the name of our g.g.father.
The issue is so in 50 years no body initiate to recover the land, coz nobody wants to spend money or go to court for fight.
As one his g.son I decided to take this case behalf whole family, coz I believe this comes under forest area where nobody occupied.
Only problem so for tax was not paid to the government for the above described land.
Here my questions are,
· What’s the first procedure to step in...?
· Ist possible to recover the land after paying tax?
· Ist all the family ( around 40 grand son and daughters ) have to come for signing the documents?
· Ist any politician support required?
· How many years it will take to finish this dispute in the court?
· How the evaluation will done by govt if they to ready to take the tax.
· How to spilt the land within this 40 family members
· Or anyone can take solo responsible till get the land?
· Suggest vy good lawyer in tamilnadu.( the property located near mettupalayam – ooty hill station)
· Or I can give complete job to the lawyer to take all responsible ( including meeting all family mem bers ) to close this account?
· Ist really worth to fight for this property? ( around 400acre ) I mean it can be recovered?
