Property Registration

Recently I bought a property and the registration was done through a lawer of the seller organization. After registration I found out there is mistake in the relationship with my father ...It showed wife of 'X' instead of son of 'X' in the registration website and the e assessment slip. But in the sale deed it is fine. what actions need to be taken and how... please help.
