Ptcl act

My name is Vijay. We had purchased a land of 4 acres and the details are mentioned below

In the year 1962 a person Kenchamma w/o pillaiah bin srinivasiah was granted land of 4 acrs by government and paid Rs 72/- for the land. there was no condition of aleination in the grant order.

in the year 1966 the land was sold to Mrs. abraham by the govt officials , mutation, pani, sale deed etc was also done accordingly.

in the year 1984 the land was purchased by my dad Immanuel and all the records were transferred in his name.

Now a person named shivkumar creating bogus family tree from village accountant states that he is son of pillappa bin narayanappa and kenchamma has applied ptcl case against us.  whereas the land was granted to Kenchamma w/o pillaiah bin srinivasiah.

he has filed in the asst commisioner office to cancel the grant and give land to him along with his caste certificate showing him in sc st.

My question are.

a) The rule on ptcl act came in 1978/79 that land should not be alienated and in my case the land was granted in 1962 and sold in 1966 before say around 12years of begining of act.

b) the land was purchased by paying 72/- to govt and hence can condtions be imposed .it was not given for free

c) now this person kumar has created a bogus family tree where names have been scribbled by village accountant and this does not match with the original name. will this affect us.

d) can i file a cheating case against him and village accountant.

please reply at the earliest

regards
