Purchase of familiy owned property

Residential Property is jointly owned by 10 members of our family (including me). My current stake in property is 4%. I am interested in buying the whole property from them by paying them market rate of property. Pls advice on documentation & precaution I should take at the time of buying so that in future title remains clear & I dont face difficulty in loan against property once property is transferred on my name.

You have got a right of pre emption.  If they agreed to sell it to you let them give in writing.

If all the person are willing to sell it in that case you need not worry make a registered sale deed. Being a co sharer of the property you have got the first right to buy, than any stranger.
