I am going to purchase a 2BHK flat in Aurangabd, Maharashtra. The flat i want to buy is in 10 year old apartment. What documents should i insist / ask b4 entering any agreement. How i can confirm that the person who is selling the flat is in a position to do so legally ? Can i ask for indemnity bond ? Will it safeguard my interest ? Can any one provide me draft purchase agreement and draft of indemnity bond ?
