Previously Our builder formed Flat Owners Association in 2003. All flat owners were contributing fix charges per month to make day to day expenditure like Electricity charges, property taxes, cleaning etc.
Now since 2007 Our Society has come into existance. One of flat owner was defaulter in our Association. He has not paid his contribution in Assn. He is not ready to pay the dues. He is paying dues of society. He is saying that Society can not recover dues of Association as Assn has no legal standing. Please guide how to recover the dues ?
