please give information about the filling suit for recovery of money from my freind to whom i have give freindly loan arround 6 lakh.
What will be the court fees for the said suit and in which court i have to file suit against him what are the relevant laws for recovery of money

dear querist ,
you can file suit for recovery in your civil court and court fee is different from state to state so you have to check your states court fee act .
