Dear Freinds,
A month ago my father has decided to gift me a plot which was registered in his name after he bought from a housing society. My father gifted me the plot an we executed the gift deed and registered the deed as well.
The gift deed had an error where in it was mentioned as plot and constructed RCC house instead of just plot.
I have 2 question here
1. Can we rectify the error by executing a rectification deed, if yes what could be the procedure?
2. If we dont rectify it and if I try to get a loan from Bank for house construction, will they question as gift deed mentions as Constructed house.
Please suggest me on the above points
