Regarding legal heirs

My Family had purchased a land back in 2008 from farmer.

The agreement and payment was made to all those (5-6) names on 7/12.

But now in 2012, a female claims that it was her father's property, and she was also a legal heir after death of father on 7/12 along with the persons who were her brothers. By some or other flaws her brother's name was added to 7/12. she been left out.

The consideration given to persons were her brothers.

Is is not the family's fault that they should have transferred her name too on 7/12?

Do we owe her any share?

Please advice me on this..

Thanks

no you don't owe any share to her. let her claim her share from her brothers to whom your family had paid the selling price.
