This is the case of will made by my paternal grand-mother in the name of my brother. My grand mother made her will that all the property in her name should be going to my brother and none of her childern ie my uncles and aunts(my father's sisters and brothers) will have any share in the property. The will is also registered with my eldest uncle being the witness.Now the probate case is filed and all my uncles and aunts are given summons to attend the hearing. Can anyone of them object to this and get the property back in their custody? Can they outline conditions regarding the sale and maintenance of that property. My grandmother or my father is no more and therefore my grandmother made my brother the heir to the property. All my other uncles and aunts have inherited property directly from my paternal grandfather.
