Dear Sir,
I am purchasing a flat in Gandhinagar Gujarat. The Builder is saying I dont have to be there during registration process in registrar's office. Although he has taken my passport size photo and left hand thumb impression and sign on each page of the sale deed.
Please confirm if it is correct registration process in Gujarat.

Thank uou very much for the reply. Yes, he has sticked my PhotoGraph and taken the Thumb Impression in the side.
