Hello,
I am planning to buy a 1BHK flat at Navi Mumbai (Taloja). It is a CIDCO transferred plot. But the builder wants to go for an agreement only on the basis of carpet area which does not include terrace and flower beds. The flat is 93% completed. The terrace, flower bad all exist there, I've seen. Some time later if I want to sell this flat would there be any legal problem because there is no mention of terrace and flower bed in the agreement. The CIDCO approved plan shows the terrace and flower bed. My doubt is that in future somebody should not question me that how are you going to sell the terrace flower bed etc which, though being a part of the flat, was not there in your agreement itself?
Regards,
A. Chowdhury
