I work in a state PSU. I was recruited on roll through lateral entry. While offering salary company gave me a signed CTC structure. After some time company sold its asset where i am working and seconded us to central PSU through a single mail communication and without giving any document or circular. At the same time when i should get a secondment allowance for the similar position in central PSU my company removed a big allowance from my salary and didn't compensated it in any other form. Now I want to know What can be done to protect my rights in this case?
