I purchased a pagadi room around 4 years back. I have rented same to existing members staying in same pagadi building for 11 month. I have made Leave & Licence agreement too duly registered. Is this ok to give pagadi room on rent? If the person dont vacate or doesnot pay rent can i take any legal action? Building is going on redevelopment soon. Building is in the name of builder. He is now landlord.I have his NOC for giving room on rent.
