Dear sir,
I am having one 240 yards ( Tenament) of plot in co -opeartive society in bechraji taluka, mehsana,gujarat. In same society 6 nos of raw houses also there. My plot and last raw house plot having some distance as per drawing.
My question is that as pr society drawing/map 6 raw house taken more land and now my plot being narrow when i am going to construct my home. Means approx 2.5 mtrs of my plot area cut. they are saying ur Engineer mapped the plot and it is right.What can i do in this situation?
