Restraining order

Hello, I am legally separated from wife and we have a joint flat that is occupied by me. The wife lives in her parental house and has never resided in our joint flat. She had filed trespass complaint when I visited her parental house.Court has ordered that she can stay in the flat jointly held by us but she does not come to stay (because of pending litigation).  I would like to make sure that the wife does not come to my place of residence.

1. Can I put Restraining Order so that she never comes to my flat and further harass me?

2. If I give the flat on rent to a third party, do I need to obtain her signature on Rental Agreement?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

1) Court has alraedy passed order granting her the right to stay in the flat jointly owned by her.

2) The said Flat is jointly owned by both of you. So, for letting it out you need to take her consent also.
