Right of adopted son

what are the rights of adopted son in the property of natural father. if any case law please suggest .......

No rights. Once he is given in adoption all rights in property ancestral or seperate of father end. And new rights are established in the property of adoptive parents. However if any property vested in son before adoption - for eg : a share given on a formal partition - then that continues with the son even after adoption.

The adopted son gets right in the property of the adoptive parents....

As Adv Bharat has replied rightly....

i wish to tell you that the Adoption is irrevocable...once the child is adopted,,,you cannot revoke the adoption....

his rights and liabiliies are same as the biological child....
