No she is not eligible for any share as of now, because its mothers own property. She wants to litigate the property and wants to make some thing out of it. Try to dismiss the case ,if at all she files, in the admission stage it self.

Thanks you very much sir,

One more question is that,  when her 2 son was died all the perential property was dived as three parts, one is her self and remaining two for her sons wifes. now  her sons wife also died with out any will, now who has right on that property, will to go to herself are to son wifes perents,?

, in case a Hindu female dies intestate and without any issue or any children or any predeceased children, then any property inherited by her from her husband or her father-in-law devolves upon the heirs of her husband.

Thus, property inherited from her husband would not devolve upon her father or his heirs.

Thank you sir,

in this case her husbend mother is alive and, husbend 4 sisters are alive. but in that 4 sisters, 3 are fullblood relation and one is half blood relation.

so who has rights to get this property, thanks you very much
