Sir I have brought a plot from a person in 1996 who was given PT certificate and later appointed a gpa and after getting the plot from the gpa, the gpa registered the plot and applied in huda for tentative layout and he gave a 30 feet road to my plot. There was no development since then.the PT owner formed a joint hindu family with his brothers and exucuted the gpa. in 2007 the wife of late PT owner filed partitioned and won some land area in court and later sold to builder who took all the land aroud my plot as his and now my plot has no road. pls help how to get my road back.
The builder grabbed the road by showing fresh tentative layout from huda 2008, and encroached the road and mortagaing the road,defualted and sold to another person.Is huda the culprit. What about my previous gram panchayat layout.Did it become invalid???? What will happen now.
