i am currently staying at first floor (builder floors) and i am not in good terms with my second floor family.but when ever i need somthing to be done at roof like to clean my water tank to get a gas connection from igl via roof...they are not allowing my.And said that they have the roof rights but the stairs are going through my floor ..so that means i have full right to stop those from entering my area...i just want to clear that if i need somethings to be done for domenstic purpose am i not allowed to use the roof for my personal need???
