By mistake i had posted this query under taxation. Reposting it here.
I am about to go for registration of Flat. Flat Market Value is 40 Lakh. The flat comes with some furnitures,
Grill's on balcony, etc. In the sale deed, can we mention a break up for example :
30 Lakh for house and 10 Lakh is cost of furnitures? In such a case is the stamp duty or registration is for 30 lakhs or 40 Lakhs?
Do i need to consult a CA for this? Property purchases is in bangalore
