Hi,
Here is my situation.
I have a bought a New flat.
with 90% of sale price paid up, builders are ready for registering new flat in my/family name.
But they are saying i need pay their lawyer for lawyer fees apart from regular stamp duty and other registration fees.
Now Can i employ my own lawyer and get survey details of the new flat and register it myself?
Please advise
